Salon Policies...crafted through trial and error
Please read thoroughly
The Ginger House Hair Studio turned ONE YEAR OLD on June 1, 2016! During that crazy first year I learned a lot of things through trial and error. It’s important to me that you enjoy your time at my studio. These "policies" are in place to ensure you have the absolute best experience possible.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, and park in the cul de sac. By doing so, it will allow you to see if I’m wrapping up with a guest.
Please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes early, or alternatively, late.
If you’ve been to The Ginger House before, you know that it is a cozy and modest space. By arriving on time, you’re allowing a few things to happen:
Avoiding congestion at the entrance and awkward encounters as people arrive/depart. It’s very close quarters for three people at the same time (the client leaving, the client arriving and myself).
Privacy. I treat client confidentiality very seriously. Arriving on time allows the guest holding the appointment before yours the comfort to have a quiet space completely to themselves.
This also provides YOU the same level of comfort and privacy that I pride myself on being able to deliver to every client. It’s why The Ginger House Hair Studio is so unique – my goal from the start has been to create a completely one-on-one atmosphere, different from the hustle and bustle of a traditional salon environment.
I usually take the full amount of time on each client I book. I schedule my day around services beginning and ending on time, in an effort to minimize wait times. For this reason, and the consideration of guests booked after you, I regret I may not be able to accommodate you if you are late.
I cannot guarantee I will be able to respond to a phone call or email during someone else’s service, if you are running behind. Please TEXT me to let me know if you think you may be late, so we can make alternate arrangements. THANK YOU for your understanding!
I love my clients mini-me's! During their visits while accompanying Mom or Dad, it's important to keep in mind that there are chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects within the studio. There have been a few too many close calls while mom or dad is in my chair and the little one roams. It is with their safety and best interests at heart that I remind you about those dangers before visiting!
THANK YOU for your consideration and co operation!
